Protecting Your Margins
At United Chemical, our core values are Honesty, Integrity, Education, and Innovation. We recognize that our true partners are the dedicated pool service professionals and retail store owners who take the time to educate homeowners about proper pool chemistry.
Unfortunately, third-party marketplaces like Amazon often trigger a "race to the bottom" in pricing. This erodes the perceived value of premium pool chemicals and undercuts the hard-earned margins of the professionals who actively support our brand. To honor our commitment to you and protect your business, we have implemented a strict exclusivity agreement that prohibits the unauthorized resale of United Chemical products on the Amazon Marketplace.
The Amazon Marketplace Restriction Policy
Whether you purchase through Distribution, a Buying Group, or via a Direct Purchasing Account, adherence to our reseller policies is mandatory.
New Account Registration: When applying for a direct account at www.unitedchemical.com/pro/, applicants must accurately declare their business type. If a prospective buyer selects Amazon Marketplace from the Business Type dropdown menu, our system will automatically reject the application.
Existing Authorized Dealers: Approved Pro, Business, and Partner tier accounts are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or fulfilling United Chemical products on Amazon.com or any of its international affiliates.
Continuous Monitoring: We actively monitor marketplace listings to identify unauthorized sellers and trace product origins to enforce our exclusivity agreements.
How to Report Unauthorized Sellers
We believe in keeping our promises—no matter the cost. If you are an authorized dealer and spot an unauthorized third-party seller undermining your local market on Amazon, we want to know.

Note the seller's storefront name and the listing link.
Email this information directly to your designated United Chemical Sales Representative or submit a ticket through our partner support portal.
Our team will investigate the listing and take appropriate action to enforce our marketplace restriction.
Notes & Troubleshooting
Selling on Your Own Website: This restriction specifically targets the Amazon Marketplace. You may sell United Chemicals on your own e-commerce site and third-party marketplaces other than Amazon.
Account Revocation: Violation of the Amazon Marketplace restriction by an active United Chemical partner is grounds for immediate termination of your wholesale discount tier and direct purchasing privileges.
