• Does No Mor Problems affect chlorine readings?

  It can. If you use too much No Mor Problems and not enough chlorine it may make it difficult to get a reading. If that happens, don't shock. Just chlorinate as normal until the reading returns.

• I used Yellow Treat and my pool can't get a chlorine reading.

  Yellow Treat can sometimes interfere with chlorine readings, especially if you use too much and not enough chlorine. If that happens, don't shock. Just chlorinate as normal until the reading returns.  You shouldn't get algae in the meantime.

• I used Pink Treat and my pool can't get a chlorine reading.

  Pink Treat can sometimes interfere with chlorine readings. If that happens, don't shock. Just chlorinate as normal until the reading returns. Usually this is only a few days, but can last up to a week. You won't get algae in the meantime.  

• I used No Mor Problems and my pool turned green.

  If you used No Mor Problems and shocked and the pool water turned green it's likely you have a lot of metal in the water. We recommend lowering the Total Alkalinity to 80, and consider using Pool Stain Treat to keep the metals in solution.

• I used No Mor Problems and my pool still has algae.
