Qualify for Direct Pricing: History vs. Growth Agreements

How to Qualify for Business and Partner Pricing Tiers

Objective

Learn how to qualify for our higher-volume Business and Partner pricing tiers by providing your buying history or signing a Growth Partnership Agreement.

The Path to Better Margins

At United Chemical, we want to reward your business growth with our best volume discounts. When your account is reviewed for approval, you can qualify for our top pricing tiers using one of two methods.

If you have already been purchasing our products through another channel, you can simply verify your Buying History. If you are new to United Chemical but are ready to commit to a high volume right out of the gate, you can sign a Growth Partnership Agreement. This flexibility ensures that whether you are transitioning from a local distributor or scaling up a new retail chain, you have a clear, honest path to maximizing your margins.

Prerequisites

  • You must have already submitted a Pro Account registration form.

  • If choosing the Buying History route, you will need documentation (invoices, order history) from your previous purchasing channel.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Option 1: Qualifying via Buying History

  1. Gather your United Chemical purchasing history documents from your previous supplier.

  2. When your designated Sales Representative reaches out to gather additional information, provide them with these documents.

  3. Your representative will verify your account information and assign your price tier based on this history.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming your new discount, free freight minimum, and a link to download your specific order form.

Option 2: Qualifying via Growth Partnership Agreement

  1. During your qualification call with your Sales Representative , inform them that you wish to utilize a Growth Partnership Agreement.

  2. Check your email inbox. Upon the representative's submission, you will receive a signature request for the agreement.

  3. Review the agreement, which will outline your required 90-day purchasing minimums and your Initial Stocking Order (ISO).

    • Note: The Business Tier requires an ISO of $7,500, while the Partner Tier requires an ISO of $15,000.

  1. Sign the document.

  2. Submit your Initial Stocking Order to officially activate your 40% or 47.5% discount.

Notes & Troubleshooting

  • Pro Tier Alternative: Don't worry if you don't have the buying history or aren't ready for a Growth Partnership Agreement. You can still be approved for our standard Pro Tier (30% off retail), which has no annual minimums.

  • Amazon Reselling: Please remember that, regardless of your tier, our exclusivity agreements strictly prohibit reselling our products on Amazon.
