While we always accept manual PDF order forms for your Initial Stocking Orders (ISO), we have also integrated your approved wholesale discounts directly into our primary website. Once your Pro, Business, or Partner account is approved, our e-commerce platform automatically recognizes your profile. When you log in, the website seamlessly dynamically adjusts all pricing to reflect your specific transparent pricing tier (30%, 40%, or 47.5% off retail). This allows you to easily place re-orders, check out securely, and get back to growing your business.
Prerequisites
You must have an approved United Chemical direct purchasing account.
You must use the specific email address that you provided on your original application.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Look for the new account email sent seperately with your temporary password.
Open your web browser and navigate to our official website at https://www.unitedchemical.com.
Locate and click the My Account or Log In button, typically in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter the email address associated with your approved direct account and your password, then click Log In.
Choose a new password for your account.
Navigate to the Shop or Products page. You will now see that all standard retail prices have been automatically updated to reflect your specific wholesale discount. Alternatively, navigate to our bulk order form for faster cart and checkout.
Select the products you need and add them to your cart. Note: As a direct purchasing partner, your discounted pricing is available only for case quantities.
Click on your Cart to review your order.
Verify that your subtotal meets your tier's specific free freight minimum, then click Proceed to Checkout to finalize your payment and shipping details.
Notes & Troubleshooting
Meeting Freight Minimums: To avoid shipping charges, remember your tier's free freight minimums: $1,000 for Pro, $2,000 for Business, and $4,000 for Partner tiers.
Pricing Not Updating: If you log in and still see standard retail pricing, please verify that you are using the exact email address associated with your approved B2B account. If the issue persists, contact your designated Sales Representative.
Forgot Password: If you cannot remember your password, simply click "Lost your password?" link on the login page to securely reset it via email.
