Apply for United Chemical Credit Terms & Net 30

How to Apply for United Chemical Credit Terms

Objective

Learn how to apply for commercial credit terms to improve your business cash flow and streamline your bulk purchasing with United Chemical.

Empowering Your Cash Flow

At United Chemical, we understand that the pool industry is highly seasonal and cash flow is the lifeblood of your business. Whether you are prepping for the spring rush with a massive Initial Stocking Order (ISO) or managing regular monthly chemical deliveries, tying up all your liquid capital isn't always the smartest move for growth.

That is why we offer flexible credit terms to our approved professional partners. By applying for a net terms account, you can get the inventory you need on your shelves or in your trucks today, giving you the time to service your customers and generate revenue before the invoice is due. It is just another way we partner with you to help make your business successful.

Prerequisites

  • You must already have an approved United Chemical direct purchasing account (Pro, Business, or Partner tier).

  • Your federal Tax ID (EIN) and basic company registration information.

  • Contact information for at least three (3) active Trade References.

  • Your primary Bank Reference details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your web browser and navigate directly to our secure credit portal at: United Chemical Credit Application.

  2. Enter your primary Company Information, including your legal business name, billing address, and Tax ID.

  3. Fill out the Bank Reference section with your primary financial institution's details.

  4. Provide accurate contact information for your Trade References. Note: Choosing vendors within the pool or outdoor living industry that you have a strong, established payment history with will help speed up the approval process.

  5. Review the terms and conditions of the credit agreement.

  6. Provide your electronic signature in the designated field to authorize the credit check.

  7. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

Notes & Troubleshooting

  • Processing Time: Our accounting department typically processes credit applications within 3 to 5 business days, as we must wait for your trade references to respond to our inquiries.

  • Credit Card Alternative: Don't worry if your business is too new to qualify for net terms just yet! You can still utilize your direct purchasing discounts by paying for your orders via credit card upon receipt of your invoice.

  • Checking Status: If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received an update, please reach out to your designated Sales Representative to check the status of your application.
